Description

37 Coombe Street is a 19th-century building, likely constructed after 1844. It has two storeys and a basement, featuring two window bays. The roof is slate and gabled, while the front is finished in stucco. The building has sash windows with glazing bars, with four panes wide on the first floor and three panes wide on the ground floor. A flight of steps, flanked by railings, leads up to a wooden porch at the left end, which has a modern door and a rectangular fanlight. To the right, another flight of steps descends to the basement, which has a half-glazed door. There are also two modern windows. This building is part of a group that includes No 35 and Nos 37 to 40 (consecutive), 40A, and 41.
