Description

No. 3 Monmouth Street is a mid to late 19th-century building that stands three stories tall. It features two windows on each floor, including the ground floor, and has a slate gabled roof. The front is colourwashed and rendered, with sash windows that do not have glazing bars and include lugs. On the ground floor, at the right-hand end, there is a plain doorway with a half-glazed door. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 4 Monmouth Street, and to the west, the view is closed by Nos 6 and 6A Coombe Street.
