MONMOUTH STREET 1. 1357 (North Side) No 1 SY 3492 1/182 II GV 2. C19 front; possibly post 1844. 3-storeys. 1 window bay and door to left hand. Gabled roof. Colourwashed rendered front. 2-light wood casements; splayed 3-light bay. Round-headed doorway; semi-circular fanlight with circular tracery; modern door.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) Monmouth Street form a group: to the west the vista is closed by Nos 6 and 6A Coombe Street.
