Description

No 1 Monmouth Street is a 19th-century building, likely constructed after 1844. It stands three stories tall and features one window bay with a door located to the left. The building has a gabled roof and a colourwashed rendered front. The windows consist of 2-light wood casements and a splayed 3-light bay. The round-headed doorway includes a semi-circular fanlight with circular tracery, and there is a modern door.
