Description
The entrance gates and gate piers to South Lytchett Manor, located 400 metres south-southeast of the manor, were built around 1905 and designed by architect W.D. Caröe. The structure features a pair of rectangular stone gate piers with fluted sides, moulded plinths, and caps that include pulvinated friezes, shaped tops, and ball finials. The entrance is completed with ornamental iron gates.
