Description
Keepers Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the 18th century, located 90 metres north-west of Cowleaze. It features flint and stone walls that are rendered, with a brick wall at the west end. The roof is thatched, gabled at the left side and hipped at the right side, with a brick stack on the left gable. The cottage has two storeys and two windows, which are two-light wooden casements with glazing bars and wooden cills, although these were renewed in the 20th century. The front door is a plank door located in the outshut at the left end, also from the 20th century. Inside, there is a doorcase stair on the rear wall.
