Description
Schoolhouse Cottage is a detached cottage located 100 metres north-northwest of Schoolhouse Farmhouse. It dates from the 17th or 18th century and features stone rubble walls that are rendered. The cottage has a thatched roof with gable ends and a heightened roof with timber studding beneath the eaves. It is 1½ storeys high and has a two-window range with 19th and 20th century casements that include glazing bars. There is a 20th century glazed and tiled porch on the left side and a buttress at the right end. A brick stack is positioned over the left gable end.
