Description

Hewood Cottages, consisting of two attached cottages, were built in the early 19th century. They feature rubble walls with brick quoins and dressings, topped by a Roman tile roof. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows with projecting keys above them, with wooden casements, some of which have glazing bars. There are two porches at the center of each cottage, both with pitched tile roofs. Originally, these cottages were part of a barn that was attached to No 15, a former farmhouse.
