GV II Attached cottage. C19 and C20. Rubble walls with brick quoins and dressings. Asbestos slate roof. Two brick stacks at gable-ends. Right hand stack rendered. Two storeys. Three windows, wooden casements some with glazing bars. Front door at left hand with brick porch and C20 door. Included for group value.
