Description

Thomas's Place is an attached house dated 1865, located on the north side of Thorncombe High Street. It features rubble walls with brick quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. The house is double-pile and double-fronted, with brick stacks at each gable. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range. The windows are double-hung sashes with wooden glazing bars, some of which contain crown glass. The central upper window is a casement with wedge-shaped small lights at the head. This building is included for its group value and is attached at the south-west end of the terrace that runs from 1 to 7 High Street.
