Description

Rose Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century, with a likely earlier core. It features stone rubble walls accented with brick quoins and has a thatched roof that is hipped at both ends. There is one brick chimney stack located to the left of the center. The cottage is 1½ storeys tall and has approximately three windows, which include wooden casements with glazing bars and two 20th-century metal casements. The front door is centrally positioned and is also a 20th-century addition.
