Description

The farmhouse dates to the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with some burnt headers, with a rendered rear wall and stone gable copings. The roof is covered with asbestos tiles, and there are 20th-century brick stacks at each gable. The front façade has three windows arranged across two storeys, with a lower, two-storey wing to the west. The windows are sashes with good quality frames, glazing bars, and crown glass, set within gauged brick arches with projecting keystones, which have been painted white. There is a door with a wooden doorcase, incorporating plain pilasters with a fluted frieze and a moulded cornice.
