Description

This is a mid-18th century building on North Street, which was later refronted and had a second floor added in the mid-19th century. The building is stuccoed and has a pitched slate roof with brick stacks. It is three storeys high and features a plain string course above the first floor. It has five ranges of sash windows. The front door, housed within its original case, consists of eight panels, two of which are flush and two are moulded, and it has a panelled frame, moulded consoles, and a moulded segmental pediment. The building forms a group with Nos. 14, 14A, 16 to 22 (even), and 22A.
