Description

This building, located to the rear of 10A North Street and forming part of Victoria House, dates from the 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of chequer brick with a half-hipped tile roof. The building is two storeys high. The upper floor features two sash windows with glazing bars. A 19th-century canted bay window is present on the ground floor. A six-panelled door is set within fielded panelled reveals and a reeded doorcase, which has a moulded cornice supported by Gothic arcading motifs.
