Description
No 8 on North Street is a building that possibly dates back to the 18th century and was altered in the 19th century. It has a stucco exterior and a pitched tile roof, with stone slates above the eaves. The building is two storeys tall with attics and features diagonally placed bricks above the eaves. On the first floor, there are three 19th-century sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shopfront, and there are two modern dormers in the attic. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 6 to 10 (even) and No 10A.
