Description

No. 53 on High Street is a building from the 18th or 19th century. It has a stuccoed exterior and a recently tiled mansard roof. The building stands three storeys tall with an attic. On the first and second floors, there is a splayed bay window featuring sashes without glazing bars. In the mansard roof, there is another sash window with glazing bars. The ground floor has a shop front that is likely from the early 20th century, complete with a fascia and a blind case above, and there is a passageway on the right side. The rear walls are tile-hung.
