Description

Judges is a 17th-century building located on the southeast side of High Street. It is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a steep-pitched tiled roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys. On the first floor, there are two tripartite sash windows with glazing bars set in moulded cases. The ground floor has continuous shop fronts, which are now combined into one, dating from the late 19th century, and includes a continuous fascia and blind case with plate glass. Inside, the building has stop-chamfered ceiling beams, and there is a long 18th-century wing at the rear with a tile-hung end. All the listed buildings on High Street up to and including No 118 are part of a group.
