Description

This is an 18th-century end house within a terrace, located on the north side of West Street in Bere Regis. The walls are constructed of plaster on the lower portion and brick above, topped by a dentil cornice. The roof is tiled with stone eaves courses and moulded coped gables, featuring a brick end stack. The house extends over two storeys and has an attic. The front door is panelled and sheltered by a flat hood supported on shaped brackets. The ground floor features a canted bay window with a hipped slate roof and double-hung sash windows. The first floor contains two double-hung sash windows and one blocked window.
