Description

OVER COMPTON ST 5816-5916 COMPTON PARK (at NGR 596167) 14/98 Archway in Compton Park at NGR 596 167 - II Free-standing archway, re-erected in park. C14 materials, re-used. Rubble- stone side walls, with a blind tracery window on the west side. Archway has straight-chamfered jambs, quirked and a pointed-arch head, C14. Keeled label over with head-stops. C19 iron gate.
