Description
Nos 22 and 23 on Colliton Street are likely 18th century buildings, with the upper part of the warehouse probably dating from the 19th century. They are constructed of colour-washed brick and feature a pitched modern pantile roof, while the warehouse has a gable pitched slate roof and a brick stack. The buildings are two storeys high, plus a loft for the warehouse. No 22 has two modern windows on the first floor, along with one 19th century cased sash window and a 19th century shopfront on the ground floor. There is also a loading door with glazing bars on the first floor and a planked loft door leading to the loft, which has a winch hoist above. Nos 22 to 32 form a group.
