Description
The building is a former warehouse located behind Nos 46 to 50 High Street in Ewell. It dates from the early 19th century and is an industrial structure made of stock brick, with some weatherboarding. The roof is pitched and covered with pantiles, with part of it also featuring corrugated iron. The building is two storeys tall. The eastern section has a continuous industrial window on the first floor, which features vertical glazing bars only. The western section has two industrial windows, while the rest of the windows are fixed with ordinary glazing bars.
