Warehouse. Early C19 with later C19 rear section. Limestone rubble and dressings, brick, with an interlocking tile roof. An open warehouse with gable to street and left-hand dogleg plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window gable range. The street gable has irregular quoins, cambered rubble heads to a central doorway with double C20 doors, blocked openings each side, a central first-floor hoist doorway and higher windows each side with 25-pane windows, and a matching central attic window. Irregular 3-window left-hand return has timber lintels to ground-floor windows, and taller first-floor windows under the eaves. The rear section has brick first floor, with cambered brick heads and irregular quoins to 3 ground-floor windows, a 4-panel door between the right-hand pair, and a large circular opening at the left-hand end with C20 glazing and door; 8/8-pane second floor sashes. INTERIOR: altered, with no visible features of interest.
