Description
Trinity Cottages comprises three dwellings, numbered 1 to 3, situated on the east side of Grey School Passage. These were constructed in the late 19th century. The buildings are constructed primarily of brown brick, with red brick voussoirs, and Portland ashlar quoins. They are topped with a pitched tile roof featuring coped gable ends on kneelers, and brick stacks ornamented with cornicing and blind arcaded panelling. The cottages are two storeys in height, with an additional attic level. A brick band runs along the first floor. The facades incorporate six ranges of mullion and transom casement windows. Each cottage has a plain front door. Three attic dormers are present, each featuring a hipped tile roof, tile-hung cheeks, and casements. The listed buildings collectively form a group.
