Description

35 Colliton Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of red brick with rubber voussoirs and a Portland ashlar plinth. It features a mansard tile roof and brick stacks, standing two storeys tall with attics. The façade includes three stages of sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance door has five moulded panels and a semi-circular fanlight above it. There are two flat-topped attic dormers, which have slate-hung sides and casement windows. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 34 to 36 and Nos 42 to 44, as well as The Forge and The Forge Cottage.
