Description

This is a late 18th to early 19th century house of three storeys and three window bays. The roof is slate, and the walls are roughcast over a stone rubble foundation. The sash windows retain their original glazing bars, with the exception of the horizontal bars in the top left-hand window. A bay window is incorporated on the first floor. The windows have plain rendered, round-headed arches above them. The round-headed doorway has a fanlight above a four-panelled door; the upper two panels are long and have rounded tops. The property forms a group with numbers 6 to 10, 13 to 19, and 35 to 37 along Sherborne Lane.
