Description

This house, now converted into flats, was built around 1803, with later additions and alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed with a render finish over brickwork and has a double-pitched slate roof, featuring truncated end stacks. The house is three storeys high, with three windows on the first floor. The first-floor windows are 6/6 sashes, set within tooled architraves. The second-floor windows are smaller 3/3 sashes, also within tooled architraves. The ground floor has canted bay windows with cornices, featuring 6/6 sashes between 4/4 sashes. The central entrance is accessed through a four-panel door. The lower panels are flush and beaded, the upper panels raised and fielded, and the overlight has margin lights. The doorcase is characterised by pilasters and a dentil entablature. The interior of the building has not been inspected. The house is part of a visually cohesive group with numbers 103, 105, 107, and 111 on Bransford Road.
