Description

39 Broad Street is a 19th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic, with three window bays. The thatched roof has a gabled dormer on the right side. The front is finished in stucco, with sash windows on the first floor and a splayed bay window with sash windows in the center. There is a modern shop front on the left side. At the right end, the house door is accessed by steps and has ledged reveals, a four-panelled door, and a rectangular fanlight above it.
