Description

Dollon's House is an early 19th-century building located on Church Street in Dunster. It features a stucco exterior and a slate roof with wide eaves that have ornamental plasterwork on the soffit, including egg and dart bead mouldings. The house is two storeys tall with attics, and it has two modern gable dormers. On the first floor, there are two pairs of wooden casement windows with glazing bars, and a similar pair is found on the ground floor to the right. To the left, there is a coeval shop window that has four lights with octagonal section wooden mullions. All window openings have flat heads with stepped voussoirs, and there is a later central panelled door.
