Description

No. 30 Reforne is a house in a row, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of large cut squared stone blocks and features a hipped slate roof behind a rendered parapet. The building stands three storeys high and has a single window. The windows are 4-pane sashes. To the left, there is a 6-panel part-glazed door located in a porch that has rendered cheeks and a flat slab top. The plinth of No. 30 is continuous with that of No. 28, but there is a straight joint between the two properties, indicating a possible rebuild. A tall brick stack is located to the right. The Royal Commission on Historical Monuments notes that No. 30 has been heightened.
