Description

No. 3 William Street is a house in a row, dating from the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a slate roof. The building stands two storeys tall and features one window with 9-pane sash windows that have stone sills. To the left of the main window, there is a small square light above a plain arch, which has a deep reveal leading to a plain fanlight above a 20th-century door. A brick ridge stack is located on the right gable, which is shared with No. 4 next door. Although it was likely built around the same time as Nos. 4 and 5, this house has a plain eaves roof. The interior has not been inspected.
