Description
Buildings on the Cobb Pier, occupied by Lyme Regis Sailing Club, date from the early to mid 19th century, specifically after 1825. The structure consists of a two-storey range divided into two sections. The left section features a slate gabled roof and a pebble dash front, while the right section has a corrugated roof and a rendered front. The north-west facing side has various irregularly spaced door and window openings, which are from the 19th century and later. Modern shelters have been constructed against the ground floor.
