Description

MARINE PARADE 1. 1357 (North Side) The Old Bonded Store Flats & Shops Beneath SY 3391 2/75 II GV 2. The former Bonded Warehouse. 1830. 3-storey. 4 window bays. Blue lias. Eaves cornice. 3-centred heads to door and window openings; larger openings alternating with smaller openings; iron studded double doors set in larger opening in 3rd bay from left hand end on ground floor.

Nos 14 to 20 (consec), Cobb House flats, the Old Bonded Store flats and shops and the Shell Shop form a group. The Customs House, Cobb Road, partly closes the vista at the south-west end of Marine Parade.
