Description

12 Cobb Road is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early to mid 19th century. It is two storeys high and features three window bays. The roof is slate and has a hip on the right side. The exterior is clad in slate, and the sash windows retain their glazing bars. On the ground floor, from left to right, there is one sash window, a ledged door with a flat hood supported by brackets, another sash window, and a six-flush panelled door. At the left end of the building, there is a one-storey addition with ledged doors.
