Description

Middlefoodie is a house dating from the late 18th to early 19th century. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with low single-storey wings on either side. The building is constructed from rubble with ashlar margins. The central entrance features a modern glazed door, and there are 12-pane sash windows throughout. The roof has straight skews, end stacks, and is covered with slate. The flanking wings have pantiled roofs and modern glazed doors. There is a reset lintel dated 1729 above a small window in the left wing.
