Description

The Magnolias is a detached house built in the late 18th century. It features red brick walls resting on a stone base, with rubble stone gable walls. The roof is covered in plain tiles and has stone gable copings. There are red brick stacks at both the left and right gables. The house has two storeys and three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars and flush wooden frames. The windows are adorned with gauged brick voussoirs and wooden cills. The front door is centrally located and has recessed panels, with a fanlight above that also includes glazing bars, all sheltered by a semi-circular wooden canopy.
