Description

A cottage, likely dating from the early 19th century, is situated on the south side of West Street in Fontwell Magna. The cottage is constructed of coursed rubble with a hipped thatched roof and a brick stack on the right side. A tiled garage wing is attached to the right. The gable faces the road. The cottage is two storeys high with a single window range, featuring 20th-century casement windows with glazing-bars. A 20th-century porch with a partly glazed door is located in the re-entrant angle between the cottage and the garage wing.
