Description

Dick's Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble and features a thatched roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with various 19th and 20th-century casement windows. There is a 20th-century glazed door located to the left of the centre. The cottage has rendered rubble end and ridge chimney stacks. The rear, which faces away from the road, has two small window openings, one of which has a chamfered wooden frame. At the back, there is a 20th-century porch and garage extension. Inside, the cottage features a stopped and chamfered fireplace bressumer, and the ceiling beams have been ceiled over.
