Description

No. 8 High Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features a slate roof with rendered end stacks. The building has two storeys and is three windows wide. There are segmental brick header arches over a blocked doorway to the left and horned six-pane sash windows set in flush moulded architraves, with the first-floor windows flanking a central blind window. The central doorway has been remodelled with a cement exterior lining and a late 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
