Description

No. 9 Castle Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features Flemish-bond brickwork, a tiled roof, and end brick stacks. The building is symmetrical, standing two storeys high with three bays. It has 16-pane sash windows, which may be replacements, situated beneath brick soldier courses. The upper floor has blind central windows made with blue headers. The entrance is marked by a central four-panel door, topped with a flat hood supported by shaped brackets.
