GV II

Former Service-Wing of Manor House (qv), now divided into two properties. C19. Linden House, rubble-stone walls with brick dressings. Slate roofs. Brick stack at party wall. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 3-light cast-iron casements with glazing- bars. Left front, 2-leaf multi-glazed door. Rear game larder of one storey, flagstone floor with barrel-vaulted cellars. The End, attached to west under continuous roof. Same materials, roof ends in a hip. Brick stack on ridge. 2 storeys, 2 windows to yard, 3-light cast-iron casements. Front door on end gable, with brick jambs and segmental brick head, C20 wooden door with 6 upper glass lights.
