Attached Manor House. Later C17, much refashioned externally and extended with a north west wing in C19. Rubble-stone walls with brick dressings. Slate roofs. Brick stack at front right hand gable, and at left hand gable. L-Plan C17 house, with C19 service wing added. 2 storeys. 2 windows, cast-iron casement with rectangular glazing-bars, and segmental heads, front door on gable-end, flush- panelled with segmental head, C19. Broadmayne brick porch with a steep slate gable. Two-leaf outer door, half-glazed, C19. Rear elevation, completely refashioned in C19. 3 windows' wide. 2- and 3-light cast-iron casements. Canted bays, at left and right hand ground level. C19 porch left of centre. (RCHM Dorset II, p.41 (27)).
