GV II

House. C18 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Coursed dressed limestone and some brick; steeply pitched renewed tile roof with renewed brick end stacks and cross-axial stack. 3-unit plan plus addition to each end. EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic; 3-window range with gabled single-storey wing projecting to right of centre. Entrance to left of centre has doorcase with panelled pilasters, frieze and cornice to 4-panel door. Window to left end has wedge lintel with key over renewed 3-light small-paned casement; 2 gabled dormers with barge-boards over 2-light small-paned casements. Wing has entrance to left return; 3-light small-paned casement to end has tie-beam/lintel; C20 right end has large opening with glazed door and side light and window with wedge lintel. Left return is plastered with brick to gable and rear outshut; right return is C20 brick. INTERIOR: not inspected.
