Ardenreigh

Ardenreigh is a house located on Banbury Street in Kineton, dating from the 18th century with 19th-century alterations. It is constructed from coursed dressed limestone with ironstone dressings and features a gabled slate roof with brick end stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and stands three storeys tall, with a two-window range.

The left end of the house has quoins, and the second floor is an addition that includes a wooden cornice. The entrance is positioned to the left of the center and features a lintel and quoins, along with an overlight above the half-glazed door. A boot scraper is located to the right of the entrance. The windows flanking the entrance are horned tripartite sashes with 2/2, 6/6, and 2/2 configurations, all having sills, quoins, and lintels. The first floor has small-paned tripartite casements with similar detailing, while the second floor features 2-light small-paned casements. There is also a small window on the left gable. The interior has not been inspected.
