House. C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed dressed limestone with ironstone dressings; gabled slate roof with brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range. Quoins to left end; second floor an addition with wooden cornice. Entrance to left of centre has lintel and quoins; overlight to half-glazed door; boot scraper to right. Windows flanking entrance have sills, quoins and lintels to 2/2:6/6:2/2 horned tripartite sashes; first floor has windows with sills, quoins and stop-chamfered lintels to small-paned tripartite casements; second floor has windows with 2-light small-paned casements. Small window to left gable. INTERIOR: not inspected.
