Description

This is a group value listing for three houses, now combined into two separate dwellings, located in Kineton. They were likely built in the 18th or early 19th century. The houses are constructed primarily of brick, with some stone detailing at the left-hand end, and have a gabled thatched roof. Brick end stacks rise from the sides, and a stack is also present along the ridge of the roof. The houses are single-storey with an attic. The front elevation features a three-window arrangement. A pair of doorways with segmental arches, fitted with 20th-century doors, are positioned to the right of the centre, alongside a plank door at the left end. The ground floor windows are also segmental-headed, with tile sills and two-light casements; one window has been replaced with a 20th-century version. Three eyebrow dormers, each containing a two-light casement, project from the attic. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
