Description

No. 52 West Street is a detached cottage dating from 1757. It features coursed rubble stone walls and a stone slate roof, with a plastered stack on the left end and a brick stack on the right end of the main house. The main house is one storey with an attic, and there is a single-storey extension at the right end that has a half-hipped roof. The extension contains one casement window. The main house has a gabled porch with a stable door, and the ground floor has three casement windows, one of which is located under a flat arch. In the attic, there are two slightly dormered casement windows.
