Detached Fannhouse. Dated B with a crown 1857 (for Duke of Bedford estate) on east side wall. Rubble stone walls with stone quoins. Slate roof, hipped, of low pitch with projecting boxed eaves and modillion supports. 2 brick stacks on the 2 rear ridges. Cubic- plan, double-fronted and double-depth. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with thin glazing-bars, 4 panes width. Stone voussoirs and cills. Front door at centre, flush-panelled, mid Cl9. Stone porch with elliptical archway. Gabled slate roof over.
