Description

POUND STREET 1. 1357 (South Side) The Lawn SY 3392 3/191 II GV 2. Early C19 with later C19 additions. 2 parallel ranges with gable ends to road. Slate roofs. Stuccoed front. East facing front has 4 windows on 1st floor. From left to right hand, 2 sash windows with glazing bars, 3-light window and at right hand end square bay on both floors. In gable ends to street, from left to right hand, sash window with glazing bars above; on ground floor, 6-panelled door (2 fielded panels in centre and 2 glazed panels above) with hood on trellised supports. To right hand, sash window with glazing bars above and horizontal sliding sash with glazing bars below.

The Lawn, Hotel Buena Vista and the north boundary walls, Tivoli Cottage, Nos l4 & l5 and Belmont form a group.
