Description
The Watch House is an early 19th-century building located on East Cliff. It features a stucco exterior and a newly tiled roof with both gabled and hipped ends. The structure is two storeys tall and has three sash windows with glazing bars. On the left side, there is a two-storeyed splayed bay also containing sash windows with glazing bars. To the right, there is a 20th-century two-storeyed wing that is weatherboarded and has a flat roof, which includes three sash windows with glazing bars and a one-storey projecting wing in front that has a splayed bay of sash windows with glazing bars. Additionally, there is a splayed bay of sash windows with glazing bars on the east end wall.
