Description

22 Church Street is an early 19th-century building with a stuccoed exterior and a pantile roof featuring gabled ends. The structure has two storeys and three windows. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, along with a right-hand splayed bay containing more sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor features two modern shop fronts, each with fascia boards and cornices. This building is included for its group value with Nos 18, 20, and 22, Cromer Baptist Church, and Nos 26 and 28 Church Street, as well as Nos 1 to 7 (consecutive) The Gangway, including No 1 Surrey Street.
