Detached farmhouse. Late C18, enlarged in C19. Brick walls - parts of west wall roughcast, tiled roof, brick stacks with oversailing caps. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys. Entrance in east gable wall. Main south elevation (facing Cow Drove) has 3 casement windows with glazing bars on each floor - ground floor windows segmental-headed. C19 single storey addition on north side of main south range. RCHM Monument 65.
