It has a half hipped thatch roof, with slate covering the extension and a flat roof at the rear. The southeast front is two storeys high and has a window arrangement of 1:2. The windows are casements, with an upper oriel window at the northeast gable that has a moulded lintel and cill supported by brackets. The plain doorways are topped with thatched hoods.
